    혹은 전자키 뒷면이 옷장측면의 아대와 너무 멀게 설치되어 있는지 확인합니다.
    락카가 오래되면 문이 쳐져 이런 현상이 일어나는데, 문의 경첩을 조절하거나 측면의 아대를 살짝 옮겨 부착 해 줍니다.


    Q. 제품에서 소리가 나지 않아요

    A. 제품의 건전지 방전 여부를 확인 해 줍니다
    배터리를 갈아 끼워도 소리가 나지 않는다면 모드변경을 통해 무음모드인지 확인합니다.


    Q. 전자키에서 불이 깜빡거려요.

    A. 1) 사용중의 빨간 불빛 깜빡임 : 알람램프 사용모드로 변경된 경우입니다. 깜빡임을 끄고싶으시면 문이 열려있는 상태에서 ###3번을 눌러서 모드변경을 해 주시면 됩니다.

    2) 배터리모양의 파란 불빛 깜빡임 : 배터리 교환 알림 램프입니다. 배터리를 교환해 주시면 됩니다.
